GIF Overlay
Layer an effect GIF on top of a background GIF — position, scale, and adjust opacity.
No effect GIF? Pick a preset
Composite two GIFs into one by layering an effect animation on top of a background — adjust scale, position, and opacity, then export the synced result, all processed locally in your browser.
Great for adding sparkle, rain, glitch, or reaction overlays to an existing GIF. Works best with transparent-background effect GIFs, and automatically loops the shorter source to match the longer one.
